Payment Options
Please review below the payment method options to pay your monthly assessment:
Option 1 – Mail: Mail your check payable to Ranchwood Park along with the remittance coupons sent annually to the membership. The coupon book includes labels pre-addressed to the payment processing company. If you do not have labels, send to Ranchwood Park, PO Box 980458, West Sacramento, CA 95798. Include your account number on your check.
Option 2 – ACH: Sign up for recurring monthly auto (ACH) withdrawal from your bank account directly to the Association’s bank. Fill out the attached form and submit. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the set up is complete. Be sure to confirm your bank account and routing numbers. Incorrect numbers may result in a bank processing fee. Withdrawal occurs monthly on or about the 10th of each month. Please note sign ups submitted after the 1st of each month will be processed for the following month. Coupon books are not sent to owners on ACH. Select Form to proceed with ACH enrollment.
ACH - Monthly Assessment Auto Withdrawal
Sign up for ACH automatic withdrawal of your monthly assessment from your bank directly to the Association's bank. Withdrawal occurs on or about the 10th of each month.
Option 3 – Online: Pay online through PayLease. First time users must register at this separate site. You may set up recurring payments and one-time payments, e-check and credit card payments (fees apply). Go to PayLease – Online Assessment Payment
Option 4 – Bill Pay: You may contact your bank and set up automatic or self-directed bill pay through your bank. Be sure to provide them your account number (reflected on your coupons), the assessment amount and the payment processing address – Ranchwood Park, PO Box 980458, West Sacramento, CA 95798. Although you set up this transaction online, your bank issues a check for this payment. Be sure to allow enough time for the payment to arrive before the 15th.
Option 6 – Delivery/Walk-In: Deliveries and walk in payments by check only are accepted at the office of JD Richardson Company at 2851 Camino Del Rio S, Suite 310, San Diego, CA 92108. Office hours are 9am – 5pm, closed for lunch 12pm-1pm. However, payments can be dropped off at the front desk.
